Suga Yoga Parksville is a small, unique yoga studio dedicated to providing a variety of yoga classes, for absolute beginners to more experienced yoga devotees.
Suga Yoga is dedicated to making various forms and levels of yoga available to everyone. We teach several types of yoga in the traditional Indian methods, along with gentle classes for absolute beginners. So you can build your yoga practice,

Taryn is registered with Canadian Yoga Alliance and is certified to teach Trauma Sensitive Yoga, which is designed to help people who experience anxiety, depression or other symptoms related to PTSD. These classes provide students the time and space to reconnect to their bodies in a way that is safe and healing, and give gentle guidance allowing for self discovery and exploration. Meet Our Staff
Sally is a yoga fitness leader and is currently working towards her 200 level yoga teacher training at Red Door Yoga in Lantzville. Sally has been passionate about health and wellness for over 30 years, enjoying cycling, running, weight training and aerobics.
Sally holds certifications in personal training, group exercise, post rehab and senior’s fitness, laughter yoga, Betty Hoops dance therapy and yoga fitness. In 2015, Sally graduated from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with a certificate of merit as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in April 2016.
She is continuing her nutritional studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, studying advanced immunology.
